The Representation Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. The No Cap Fund is a 501(c)(4) not-for-profit. They both care deeply about representation, but the Fund can take political action, and therefore donations are not tax-deductible for individuals, but businesses may make necessary business contributions.
