For nearly a century, the House has been capped at 435 seats - despite a population that has more than tripled. This cap distorts our democracy, weakens representation, and violates the constitutional promise of a government by the people.

Push for a Vote

I believe Congress must hold hearings and consider legislation to uncap and modernize the House. It's time to move this issue from academic circles to the national agenda.
